
Pineapple has natural sugar, is a perfect fruit filling through our diet to keep.
Pineapple mousse recipe:
Ingredients for 4:
200 g diced fresh pineapple.
100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice.
1 Fat yogurt.
2 Egg whites.
Salt
Honey.
Preparation:
In a saucepan over low heat mix the orange juice, honey and stir to dissolve for 20 minutes to cook bring and add the zest, cubes, dried pineapple and yogurt until a puree stir. Cool in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add mixture, if there are cold and surrounded with smooth, divide the mixture into four glasses and enter them in the freezer about 45 minutes.
Serve with orange zest garnish.
